Lee Tainment proposed Terms of Reference [TOR] cover the following:

 

In addition to the provision of a ‘One Stop’ service, effectively manage these events, Lee Tainment will liaise with all hosting Provincial Government officials and private companies sponsoring the projects in order to ensure a smooth running of the projects.

Lee Tainment also undertakes to:

• Ensure all our suppliers meet professional requirements

• Make use of the local contractors and artist where possible

• Flags of all qualifying sponsors will be displayed around the venue.
