Lee Tainment is under the helm of Mr Nhlanhla Zwane, also the founder of the company.  Mr Zwane, has vast experience ranging from project management, mass media, advertising to strategic planning and management of the company.

Zwane has won great admiration from his peers for his business acumen, sharp negotiation skills, excellent communication skills and clear vision.  He has done a sterling job since he started the organization in 2012. Today he is one of a modest number of black entertainment executives with a success story.  His philosophy is “business is business, you apply the same fundamental principles, and be able to deliver anytime and anywhere”

  • Lee Tainment Group, hereinafter referred to as Lee Tainment, was established in August 2012.  Lee Tainment was formed to unleash individuals’ potential so that the ultimate beneficiaries’ lives can be enriched on an accelerated basis.  Collectively, Lee Tainment has over twelve years experience in the entertainment industry, ranging from marketing, mass media planning, management of campaigns, advertisements, to conceptualization of events and implementation and management of several projects including food produce management.
  • Farm production management,Poultry Chickens production and Milling Production through our milling factories. Since inception, the company has grown tremendously and set its sight to be counted among Africa’s best companies in creating inclusive job and employment opportunities

OUR SHORT-TERM AND LONG-TERM GOAL

 

Lee Tainment’’s short-term goal is to identify business opportunities with a developmental impact and make them a reality.  We envisage that in the long term, the company will grow and sustain itself.

When that is achieved, Lee Tainment will be able to undertake projects using its own resources.  Our commitment to social responsibility will ensure that we give back value to communities that support us.

MUSIC FESTIVAL

 

South Africa Mega Festival Tour (SAMFT)

Moretela Park (Pretoria);and Mbombela Stadium(Nelspruit)will come alive as it hosts South Africa Mega  Festival  Tour 2025.The project is  intended to create youth  and adults employment through music artists perfomances developmental and well established artists,the SA Mega Festival is intended will be hosted annually. The event is expected to attract people from Mpumalanga and Gauteng provinces and general public from all over the country and from neighbouring countries.

 

 

  • Increase Socio-Economic development
  • To reduce Unemployment by creating 1200 jobs
  • Eliminate finance as a barrier to access higher education and training by offering 10% of the proceedings of the project into the Nhlanhla Zwane Foundation Bursaries fund
  • And Food parcels and clothes to the local Home of Orphanages and Old age homes
  • Showcase (Mamelodi– Pretoria) & (Mbombela -Nelspruit)

We envisage to grow the South Africa Mega Festival Tour  to other five SA provinces in the next two years.

CAPACITY

Lee Tainment is a small business (SME) with a multi-tasked team. Team members have learned to perform multiple tasks when deployed, where everyone specializes where they are best competent.  With the existing capacity and competent leadership, Lee Tainment has met all previous project objectives and expectations from clients (sponsors) and audiences. KEY PERSONNEL  

                                        Executive Project Director

Mr Stephen Aphane holds a B-tech in Metallurgy from Tshwane University of Technology.  His expertise lies in managing projects in a mining environment. He is a dynamic person who loves managing people.  Mr Aphane has wealth of experience that has nurtured him from being a teenager to an adult.  He is normally responsible for guiding people older than him.  He attributes that to his early childhood upbringing and sense of purpose instilled at missionary school.

Mr Aphane believes that for entertainment industry to transform, it is important for black professionals to show their worth, make a difference and produce results. Mr Aphane is keenly aware of the fact that to achieve this requires reason and foresight, he loves bringing out the best in people, and acknowledges that our customers want the best service, regardless of who they are.

                                      Executive   Operations Director

A cursory glimpse at his life reveals that Mr Abel Mathibe has consistently met challenges facing him, adroitly and with fervor. He is a dynamic leader, holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Pretoria West College. Unmistakably, Mr Mathibe exudes a sense of purpose, a characteristic of those in leadership positions.

His first encounter in leadership has been with SAPPI as a team leader. He has also been instrumental in managing previous entertainment projects undertaken by the Lee Tainment. His contribution to the company leads us to believe that he has much more value to add to the company operations, where he is expected to exceed expectations.

                                        Marketing Director

Mr Peter Mashalane is driven by passion, faith and sheer guts. He is studying towards obtaining a Marketing Diploma. He has been involved in Entertainment industry since 2000, has managed and co-ordinated numerous projects and promotions. Mr Mashalane has been with the company since its inception, has managed to work his way to the top.

Mashalane demands high standards from his management team, non-performers have left or been sidelined while the best have blossomed into a formidable team. He firmly believes that employees must perform at a high level to produce results, and that management and employees must meet performance targets and be paid market-related salaries.
